Moi chastised for shifting stance on
constitutional review
President Moi was yesterday asked to stop shifting positions on the stalled
constitutional review process. Two leading protestant church leaders and
Democratic Party legislator Matere Keriri said the President's recent statements
appeared to suggest he was reneging on earlier commitments to have the
Constitution reviewed.

Chief Justice: Let us have a credible choice
For understandable reasons, attention all week has been on the Cabinet and the
Civil Service, where a bizarre reshuffle has been carried out. With that over, what
