Moi chastised for shifting stance on constitutional review
President Moi was yesterday asked to stop shifting positions on the stalled constitutional review process. Two leading protestant church leaders and Democratic Party legislator Matere Keriri said the President's recent statements appeared to suggest he was reneging on earlier commitments to have the Constitution reviewed.

About 500 survivors of last year's Nairobi bomb blast yesterday protested the "misuse" of funds meant for their medical and general upkeep.
