Letters Monday, October 20, 2003 Charge these loutsWe at CRADLE have been following such cases but we have been hampered by the authorities' unwillingness to prosecute the suspects. The District Education Office should not be seen to be protecting teachers suspected of abusing primary school girls. Much as the Ministry and the TSC may have their own disciplinary mechanisms, it is imperative that they refer these cases to police. These "cradle snatchers" must be charged in court and not merely suspended. GILBERT ONYANGO,
