Brief description of the business
The company is involved in manufacture of four separable groups of products, namely flexible films and sheets of PVC material on a Calendar Plant, flexible PVC coated materials, adhesives of various types for industrial and general use; and a line manufacturing tarpaulins, ceremonial tents, plucking capes, car upholsteries, etc. Each of these four groups of products are manufactured under separate roofs within the same premises.

The PVC Calendar Plant is a unique one and the only one of its kind in sub-Saharan Africa and produces materials for green-houses covers, agricultural dam linings for water storage and coffee berry drying sheets etc.

Land and Buildings
Two separate titles each measuring approximately 0.4hactare situated along Lusingeti Road off Likoni Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi. Each section houses various and distinct production lines making them ideal for excision and disposal of lines not required in future. Also developed are office blocks and warehouse.

Plant and Machinery
Major components; Calendar machinery, rotor gravure printing machine, three-ply machine, PVC coating machinery, knitting machines, tanks for manufacture of adhesives, tailoring and high frequency welding machines.

Other assets
Office equipment and furniture, motor vehicles.

Basis of Sale
Offers will be considered for a) either the entire business complex as a going concern or b) sections of the production lines and finally c) any of the group of assets as the prospective buyers may desire.
