INTERNATIONAL Monetary Fund (IMF) will be vigilant over
possible pre-election economic shifts by the Kenya Government
that could knock agreed reforms off course.

MIGHT BE drawn into the long civil war between Uganda
and the vicious Lord's Resistance Army rebels led by
Joseph Kony based in southern Sudan, following last
week's attack on a Sudanese garrison by the rebels.
